As your nonprofit has matured, you may have implemented various systems to support specific organizational functions like many other nonprofits. While each system may function well in its specific role, it's common to experience a lack of connectivity to other systems and departments. Microsoft has committed to using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to solve this problem. On this platform, your constituents and donors become the center of the data, allowing you to track and analyze your interactions with the people you serve and those that support your organization. Through storytelling and real-life case study, this webcast series will provide an overview of all Microsoft Dynamics can offer your nonprofit.

May 25th, 2023: A new approach to Fundraising - Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit
Giving Tuesday may be months away, but fundraising is a full-time, year-round job. Competition for donor dollars is a significant initiative in the age of ‘do more with less.’ This session will deliver the answers to the fundraising questions you have been asking: How can you personalize your automated donor outreach? How can you optimize the use of social media for fundraising? How do you track results?
June 1st, 2023: Optimize your volunteer management through Microsoft technologies for nonprofits
Volunteer Management within the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit allows your organization to manage an event and keeps track of your volunteers and skills to optimally match them into the right role. Volunteers have their portal to register and update their information. They can chat, share documents and engage in video calls through Microsoft Teams.
